    I know you can have eggs on the Candida diet, but arent those known to cause inflammation? I get confused with gut healing and treating candida. What are your thoughts on stevia since no sugar is allowed? Ive heard that isnt good for inflammation either. Should I not have any honey or maple syrup at all?

    Hey Mike, good questions. The answer on eggs is it depends. Eggs are a common food intolerance and dont work for everyone. You could find out for sure via food allergy testing otherwise, eggs do not cause inflammation and are a great source of many nutrients such as choline, which is great for brain function. The point is everyone reacts to foods differently, and what could be a superfood for you could cause inflammation in another. A little stevia is fine. Monk fruit sweetener or xylitol would be OK too. The more you can limit other sugars, the better.

    The candida cleanse helps to rid the body of excess candida through the flushing of the digestive tract, and the introduction of healthy candida fighters found in fermented vegetables and kefir.

    You really have two options for a cleanse: a liquids-only cleanse or a more gentle cleanse with food.     What Can A Doctor Prescribe For Yeast Infections

    The incidence of Candida glabrata infections has been increasing over the years.

    2. Step two is to replace these foods with organic vegetables, including carrots, sweet potatoes, spinach, kale and asparagus.

    According to ancient Chinese medicine, warm starchy vegetables support the spleen in clearing candida from the body.
