3. Go back to the lying position again. Bend your legs, take a fat fold and roll it in your hands. Imagine that you need to squeeze something out of it, but be gentle, so that there are no bruises left. Then stroke the stomach clockwise.

4. Then rub the fat fold between your fist and the palm of the other hand.

Nope, Im still not convinced with this study. Theres no mention about the participants having a controlled diet, or exercise regimen. If those aspects are not controlled, then how do we know that weight loss is not from something else other than the aromatherapy massage? The study doesnt seem to be properly designed, as it doesnt seem to account for all variables. This is my opinion for what its worth.

Instead of relying on stomach massage for weight loss, exercise more often and eat fewer calories. Aim to get 30 to 60 minutes of moderately intense exercise at least five days a week, and participate in a strength-training session at least twice per week. This will help increase the number of calories you burn and make it more likely that you’re losing fat instead of muscle. To lose 1/2 to 1 pound per week, you’ll need to eat 250 to 500 fewer calories per day. Limiting highly processed foods, high-fat and sugary foods while eating more foods high in fiber, such as fruits, vegetables and whole grains, and foods high in protein will help you limit the calories you eat while still feeling full.
