That may sound harsh but it really is good news!
The good news is, its nothing you have to meet with a doctor about. Its nothing you need another surgery to fix. Its just time to sit down and identify the root issue of why your restriction has decreased. Then make the changes and enjoy that pouch to its full potential again!
**Note: it IS normal for portion sizes to gradually increase the farther you get out of your surgery.
