    no, crunches will help to tone your upper stomach muscules.the only way to lose the “pouch” is to diet, and build muscules underneath once you’ve done so.the thing I personally do is to roll your hips back when laying back down on the floor until your back is completally flat against the ground, do this over and over, it shouldn’t hurt at all.

    colon cleanser will work. They say you have on avg. 20 lbs of extra weight in your colon. And maybe that can make your tummy go down.
